No apology letter or a call back what can we do to make it right.. Pretty sad how the owner of this store spoke a big game on fixing the problem. Yet not one person has reached out to me. They made decisions which cost more money overall and not one person called to verify I was ok with their choice and price increase. Bad business ethics. "Joker’s Audio on Canton Rd. rocks! We got 2 10in subwoofers and it got done in record time. Even at 50% of the capability of the subs it still shakes the car, with great bass and crisp sound.
