I spoke with a lot of other mechanics in the area and most were convinced I had a transmission problem, Dalton was one of only two that correctly diagnosed electrical problems over the phone. They made a realistic estimate of shop hours to fix the problem. Their shop rate is close to the median, so it's a good location to visit.
