"I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Save time and money somewhere else. Poor communication, pricey, inconvenient. Scheduled a service for my 2019 Santa Fe at 9:45am. They were busy when I drove up, it took 20min for them to check me in. Told me the car would be done before end of day. I ubered to work. Got a text at 4:30pm saying extra services needed to be done on my vehicle, I approved online right away. By 6:30pm I hadn't heard anything so I texted for an update, no answer by 6:45 so I called 3 different phone numbers and only got automated voices and no update. My husband called and got someone who said my vehicle would be ready the next morning. Next morning at 11am I got a text that my vehicle was ready and there would be a 3.5% charge to use a card to pay when I arrived. I don't keep checks on my person, so had I known that previously I would have brought a check from home to pay. Husband dropped me off to pick up vehicle at 5:30pm, he went home with our newborn. I read the service report and noticed that they did not complete the 2 safety recalls on my vehicle, I asked them to double check why it wasn't done. Service guy forgot. Was told it would take 20min and then they would run it through the car wash for me. They finally finished by 7pm, had to pay by card. Walked out to the car and they hadn't run it through the wash. I re-requested they would do that complimentary service. Meanwhile my baby was at home crying and hungry because he wouldn't take a bottle and I wasn't there to breastfeed since it took almost 2 hours to just pick up my vehicle. Never getting my car serviced here again."
