"This is the 3rd o'reilly's I have been to and like the other 2 and 1 was in North Carolina the staff is extremely helpful enthusiastic and friendly. Please go there for things like light bulb changes topping off fluids, because they do not charge labor like some of the mechanic places do . He also gave me 2 different cards for very reputable mechanics in the area."

Young lady at the front desk was really nice, friendly and a gentleman that helped me install the new vipers was super helpful and polite. "I literally made a purchase for $144, went to my mechanic 12 mins away. Come to find out I didn't need the part I purchased. I went right back to O'Reilly the same location I made the purchase with my receipt in hand and was then told they don't have the cash to refund me. I asked for a manager and spoke with Zakaira who told me the two employee just came in to work and have no cash. I asked if she had a drawer or able to assist in getting me a refund as I am entitled to receive, her reply was she was off the clock and therefore can't assist. She then told me to drive to a couple other locations and see if they have cash to give a refund. Why in the world would you tell a customer to go drive around to find a location that has cash to refund me instead of clocking in to assist the customer that is right in front of you? I will now take my business and anyone who will listen to Advanced Auto from here on out."
