"The worst experience of my life. Would not recommend. My 2018 stinger went in for a couple of recalls. I had a appt. I get there they said it wasn't gonna be ready until Friday. Not what was said to me when I made the appt. They said 6 hours. On Friday after they break the car down they realize they don't have the part. Oh great when will you have it hopefully Monday I'm told. Nope. We were then told those were only for paying customers. I guess when you make monthly payments your not a paying customer. 2 weeks later I finally get my car back to find it is making some noise it has never made before. But don't worry jim Ellis kia a had a real mechanic fix it. Oh and I had to get back and forth to work in 2 weeks I had to pay out of pocket 800 for a rental. And still haven't been reimbursed. Was told they are short staffed in that department."

"I would have to write a novel as to my experience at Jim Ellis. Sam and Misty were very accommodating. They up charged for the alternator repair $300 more than other Kia dealerships but Sam did meet the other price. My point is they should not be up charging. After waiting two weeks for my car, it came out leaking a puddle of oil which they blamed on an oil change three months prior for cracking the oil filter housing. Yet, it has never leaked in those three months. Then, when I pushed back on that narrative states it was probably the cold weather. Next, they tried over charging for that repair. Lastly. Mark stated they might be able to have the oil filter housing under warranty but then told me no due to it being an oil change not done at Kia. That’s a lie because it was three months prior and he stated it was the cold weather. Be careful. The staff is very nice but that means nothing if they are overcharging and lying."

"I wanted to buy a car, Jim Ellis had the exact car I wanted, so I bought a car. The saleswoman, Mackenzie, made the process super simple. No obnoxious back and forth or cheesy schmoozing garbage like you might expect from a car dealership. She knew about the product and made the sale. She even followed up with me post-sale to check in. Which isn't a necessity for me, but I understand the tactic. Going through the financing was easy enough, as well. All in all, the process took a couple hours, but it wasn't a miserable experience and I never felt pressured. I wish the company offered some of the discounts that other dealerships do, but it obviously wasn't a deal breaker. I'm satisfied with the whole experience, even the price."

"Worst experience at a dealership ever. It took them 2 weeks to even start diagnosing my Sorento. My advisor Norris barely communicated with me about the progress of the repair, it was very hard to reach him over the phone, and wouldn’t answer my texts either. The service manager Sam didn’t even have the decency to return a call after trying to contact him several times and leaving 2 voice mails. Kia customer service had to get involved because of the lack of communication. The whole process took about 5 weeks, and they did not provide me with a loaner vehicle in the mean time. When I picked up my car I had to wait over 10 min for them to bring my car because they couldn’t find it and it had “grease” marks on the side. I won’t be returning to this dealership."

"My car had engine failure due to a connector rod issue. Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw has had my car since May to do the warranty work. It is now September. They tried to give me my car back last week with this damage done to it (see the attached pictures) Their service manager made me feel like I’m bothering him when I asked to have my my car back in the condition they got it to do the work. I dug my heels in the sand and asked that he view his photos of the receipt of my car while on the phone with me. I had to fight to escalate this to the general manager and now I am waiting to see what condition my car is returned to me in and if they are going to take care of the diminished value on the car. I believe they should be trying to extend an olive branch considering the awful nature of this situation and do something to clear the air with me while my car is being fixed. I don’t see that happening. They tend to try to distance themselves from “kia” the manufacturer and their business “Jim Ellis” the dealer. I bought my car there originally and have had every service performed there. The customer service in this dealership has hit rock bottom. There is no customer appreciation. They also haven’t once said “sorry” or acknowledged that our lives were put in danger when those connector rods made the engine fail. This made our car stall on I85 in moving traffic. I would consider other dealerships other than Jim Ellis at this time. I’m not feeling the love yet from Jim Ellis dealerships nor the strength in handling issues of a company of their size and resources."
