"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First they kept telling me my car would be ready and then would never call me. When it finally was ready they called me at about noon on a Friday to tell me I had to pick it up by 5pm as if I don’t have a job and kids. If I didn’t, then I would get charged for my rental all weekend. Next the sent me home with my blinkers not working. My car door makes a weird noise and scrubs the side of the car. My air bag light was on and they tried to tell me that it wasn’t from the wreck after I slammed into the back of someone… OKAY. They told me the part was on back order and they would call me… here we are about 8 months later and they haven’t returned my call or called me. So I’ve been riding around without an airbag. They truly do not care about safety apparently. To this day.. haven’t heard back. Don’t even leave a message cause no one will call you. Not sure why my insurance backed this place. Owner makes a lot of promises with no follow through. Maybe this will get me a call back? I won’t hold my breath."
