"Had another bad experience at this walmart auto center. When in for an oil change. I was the only one in line. It took 3 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then the young lady said she would be right back. She left the counter and so did I"
"If I could leave a zero star rating with this review, I would. I cannot believe how dysfunctional this place is. Walmart is a disgrace to customer service and I warn everyone reading this to stay away. Tires and service might be cheap here but it's not worth the frustration."
"Customer service at this location is horrible. Lobby filled with customers and I watched the supervisor hanging out in the parking lot talking. No sense of urgency with paying customers. Workers came from another department to call for help and still no reply. Let this location be your last option. To much to critic. Supervisor walks back in and recognize a customer and her vehicle jumped to the front on the line. Good number of customer walked out."
"I called these guys night before I came in and they quoted the wrong price on tires, they cost an extra $200. When I got there they told me my wait time was an hour and a half to two hours, I'm sitting here writing this at 4 hours in. I asked the guy at the desk how much longer it would take. He seemed frustrated, he didn't give me a time table, he just walked into the shop. Never coming here again. I really hate wasting my time, quote me a realistic time. I'll leave and come back."
