"Jeep was acting weird, stalling, and hard to crank. I drove up to this auto zone and was greeted immediately by a very friendly parts manager, Nolan. I think that was his name. He tested my battery, and it was dead, bad corrosion on the posts, too. He put in a new battery for me, cleaned up the posts, and put a shim to help tighten the posts. Awesome service! Thanks so much."

"I’ve lived in Paulding County for 20 plus years.. watched most businesses get built. Never have I ever went into an autozone and denied assistance on simple installation. I am beyond sexiest and truly believe if you can do the job do it! Whether male or female.. well. The Dallas hwy location has a woman manager. I specifically explain I have a broken bracket surrounding my battery post. I said “I don’t have tools can I get one of the guys to help me throw it on real quick in a rush.” She states they don’t assist with installs surrounding electrical. I get it but CLEARLY told you it’s the metal bracket. “Well the fuse may pop or something.. etc.” I’m like, if it pops I’ll buy another what we talking 4-5$ bucks? So she walks me over to the section and shows me a bracket n told it may fit it may not. Really!? Aren’t you the “subject matter expert??” Still refusing to assist me (didn’t even offer the tools for me to do it myself like they always do!) proceeds to ring up the item not even assuring it’s the right item! I left it with her called the Hiram location and right off the rip “ bring it up we’ll fix you up.” Moral of story steer clear of the Dallas Hwy location of you need help or knowledge or THEIR products! Also people stop applying for jobs you’re UNQUALIFIED for whether male or female….."
"The young employees need to pay attention to the customer. The young man I experienced never made an effort to interact with me one on one leading to the necessity to repeat my responses. Also, whatever happened to the thank you and see you next time?"
