"I drove from Paulding county to this place because of great service in the past. Turns out that I only wasted time and gas. I had no idea they had changed management. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday Dec. 8th, I was told that my truck could possibly be ready the next day. I called them just before they closed on Saturday and was told that the technician had to leave early due to an emergency. I called again on Monday and still nothing had been done . I called again on Tuesday and they told me that they were still waiting for the technician and they needed one more day.That really pissed me off, so I told them to just forget it and that I was coming back to pick up my vehicle. I never received a courtesy call to give me an update or anything. My vehicle was just sitting there. They have definitely lost a customer . I wish I knew where Josh and the old crew went . I would for sure give them my business."
