"Waited for over an hour in lobby while at least 7 other patients were seen - most having arrived after me. While I understand there are several doctors in this location, I wasn’t even called back by the nursing staff for vitals, nor was I told there would be an extra wait at any time. When I asked (twice) about the wait I was told everyone else had seen a different doctor. And yet I waited an hour and still couldn’t be seen?? What a waste of time - and wages lost for time off work. I’m looking for a new doctor"

"Great staff and been seeing Dr. Bridges for years. Won’t go anywhere else! I understand people’s frustration about fathers not being able to go to appointments each time, but they do allow them to come to the anatomy scan and that is what’s most important to see how your baby is growing. Covid is still very real and I just recently watched a family member die from it whom was vaccinated. I’m glad they don’t allow family members in each visit with folks. It’s just being cautious for new moms and pregnant ones at that who don’t need to be getting sick."

"I've been in healthcare going on five years now. This office is located directly across from the hospital I work at. Despite warnings from my fellow colleagues I took my fiance to this establishment. After a few unprofessional and questionable antics, we decided to switch after our first appointment to a new physician. She completed all proper paperwork for the release of her medical documents to be transferred to her new physician. The next week they called to inform us that some of the results came back strange or odd, but said they could not discuss it with us because we switched physicians. It just so happens that these results were the only thing not transferred to the new office. The only thing. After multiple phone calls accompanied by attitude and disrespect. I went up there in person to try and get the documents sent over. They lied to my face pretending to email and fax over the documents in question. Now over a month later, our new office still hasn't been able to acquire the paperwork. To my fellow men, if you care about the mother of your child and her mental health. Please stay away from here. Save your loved ones the mental anguish and aggravation"

"A wonderful visit. It was my 1st visit. I was going for birth control for my 14 ur old. The doctor was very kind. She showed us ALL the options. My daughter picked one & they said they had to check our insurance. I would be called back to make another appointment. They called me back before I even got home from there. Called back & an appoint was scheduled for 2 days from now. I was expecting the worse after reading reviews. Pleasantly surprised at my experience here. We did wait 45 minutes past our appointment time, but the waiting room is comfortable & air conditioned. We really didn't even notice the wait time. We would have been happy to wait longer to see the wonderful, kind & understanding doctor. This is 5* plus for us."
