"Me and my boyfriend went in last weekend to get him a new phone and got Josh as our rep, I have never been to verizon and actually had a good rep until we met Josh. Josh answered all our questions honestly and made the time there about us, he didn’t try to drive us to spend hundreds of dollars like most do. We went back in this friday to get me a new phone and got Josh as a rep again, we went in on the intentions of getting a certain phone and walked out with a completely different one because Josh took the time to break down the payment plan and explain everything clearly to us! I just wanted to shoutout Josh and how good of a job is does. If you go to the verizon in rincon i would highly recommend him."

"Went to this store to upgrade my daughters phone. Was greeted by an associate sitting on the couch reading a book. Told her my daughter wanted to upgrade her phone. She said well the next year phone is the same as the one you have and rolled her eyes. She passed us off to another associate so she could get back to her book. She would look up and say a few comments before returning to her book. When we left could hear her laughing but still on the couch with her book. Terrible customer service. We have been with this company for 12 years. Also when my husband passed away was told to bring in his death certificate to change to my name. Trust me dragging around a death certificate saying I need to change this account over because my husband died and over and over is stressful. So we did that a year ago and they never changed it. How is any of this ok? After reading the reviews seems like they are not concerned. Bad customer service had not gotten any better."

"I'll be short but wait was terrible the salesperson was rude. I guess because I didn't buy the most expensive phone..I lost my brand new phone in a month my fault had iñs but wasn't told turnaround time was 24 hrs so I added a second line on a real cheap phone needed for work well the replacement phone cost me 187 deductible it the screen went green 8n a week called them said would send me return package etc so took the other phone to Verizon to keep my original number she changed sim cards ànd now if I text it shows up as one number and if I call it shows up as another I know makes no sense only been there a month and paid over 5 hundred dollars I'll keep y'all updated"
