"After spending over $3000 in just a single Month at this location. I brought in 5 items that went unused. As you can image there are a lot of receipts when you $3000 in a month. I brought in 5-7 receipts and asked to return the items, after discussing the policy, I asked why this brand was so far behind the times of swiping your debut card and the return not being able to be tracked. Leann told me she didn’t want to hear anything, and essentially I could stop asking questions because she didn’t care. Needless to Say another employee stepped in when they heard that. I’d be happy to drive the extra miles to shop in pooler. I’ve done that for years to begin with"

"I came in today to exchange 2 outfits that were too small for my son they put the money on a gift card since I was going to purchase more clothes in the store right then fine no problem I go to pay and the manager says you have to ask for her id or we won’t do the transaction even though I had literally just showed my id to get the stupid card so they finish ringing me up I say the total is too high for what I bought the girl confirms that it’s right I ask for my receipt and sure enough she double charged me I tried to tell her this before paying now I have to wait days for the past he purchase to be put back on my card over her mess up but y’all wanted to act stupid with me over a gift card y’all have lost a customer for good because no one cares to handle the situation and when I asked how long the refund would take I was told I don’t know we’ll what do y’all know because obviously you don’t know jack about running a store if I could leave a zero I would"

"I found everything I needed and the store was very clean, a little disorganized. When I was at check out I was pushed to apply for the credit card. I always decline but the cashier was very insistent on me signing up for the credit card and had commented about 10 times on how much I could save, I declined each and every time. Another co worker came over and asked me again to sign up for a credit card. I was very uncomfortable and will not be shopping here again."
