"Honestly if I could read it zero stars I would. I went in at 7:30 at night when hardly anyone was there to buy a cooler that was locked with a steel cable. After I was told someone would be over there to unlock it I waited 10 minutes to no avail went and got a different employee, they paged over the intercom that I needed assistance for someone to unlock the same cooler. Waited again another 10 minutes, Went and got another employee and they paged again and I waited an additional 10 minutes. Literally over 30 minutes of waiting trying to give Lowe’s money and it was just too inconvenient for them to have an employee help a customer. Just went and bought a cooler from somewhere else and won’t be back to this Lowe’s for anything"

"I usually prefer other Depot stores to get Lumber however recently moving close to Rincon in my experience at Lowe's began great however ended frustrating. The store was clean and most products are easy to find, customer service is a little frustrating due to attempting to help load large purchases as well as having the appropriate safety requirements to haul your large purchase items. My husband and I purchased 40 10 ft sheets of lumber which wa loaded on our cart and also loaded onto our vehicle which is fine but the part that factored in removal of a star was when I asked for a safety flag tie and was directed to go all the way to the other side of the store when they could have went and got these items as they're normally set outside for large loads as the law enforces safety Flags when items extend beyond the bed of a truck. Overall I will be going back and recommend this store for home Improvement, gardening, do it yourself and other home renovations just watch out for them who sit around and do nothing at work!"

"Lane has been beyond helpful the past few months helping us with the appliances that we were looking for. Due to issues beyond his control, we never got our refrigerator. We went back and with the help of him and Mr. Ken, we left with a refrigerator. Lane and Mr. Ken are very professional and exceed in all customer service expectations. Gracey and Madison were also extremely helpful in the reimbursement and purchasing process. Lane and Mr. Ken make a great team and Mr. Ken’s leadership shows in his team."

"I am in the process of building a door, I needed help in the glass department cutting a polycarbonate sheet. We only had one and so we had to get it cut right the first try. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the associate (Perkins) was on cutting the sheet. He took his time was really pleasant and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all, unlike some of the other associates that just kept rudely staring. But I digress, just wanted to point out that we had an exceptional experience getting help from the associate in the glass department/ isle 15."

"Store is always clean and well lit. Employees are always helpful. They dont run you down trying to pester you, but will help if you ask. Prices are fair and they honor the military. As a veteran, this appeals to me. Just purchased another dishwasher from them and it went seamless."
