"Our service technicians, Jason and John, were excellent. They installed a whole new unit in our home. They were knowledgeable and the work was impeccable. Both technicians were considerate of all aspects of the installation. They were very respectful throughout the entire process. Our system is perfect, and all of our needs and expectations were met. "Horrible service. They practice the illegal bait-and-switch method for pricing. I was quoted a price to have a coil replaced and was told my military discount would be applied at time of service (after looking at my ID), however, I was given both prices upfront for my “peace of mind,” as Ms. Connie put it. John, the service tech, arrived and kept making comments about how he didn’t know how “someone like [me] could afford such a big home. [I] must do some under the table type of work.” (Completely unprofessional and discriminatory. I am a hard working woman of cookout serving this country and to be so outlandishly insulted is appalling.) He continued with the passive aggressive comments, and proceeded to use my water hose - in which he broke the hose and storage box, then tried to blame it on my children, all while I’m watched him do it and my children weren’t home. I addressed it with him then said I would call the company because he is responsible and destroyed it - not to mention he should have his own equipment and tools to begin with. At time of payment, said he would not honour my military discount because he would “get less for his labour,” later followed by “that old lady Ms. Connie doesn’t know what she’s doing, we’ve never given discounts to military.” (I know for a fact that is a lie because I’ve had service with them before AND I was just quoted the price for a military discount before service.) Not wanting to argue with a male - a white male - in a one on one situation in my home alone, I refused to sign the document and told him I would contact his office. He reluctantly left and I reviewed his work. He ruined a perfectly good set of bath towels, and his stuffed them under my a/c and drip pan!! Why was this necessary at all?!? I have reported his behaviour and damages to ProAir (Ms. Connie and Sarah Carter), and have been told I will be reimbursed (for damage of my towels and water hose storage box as well as the difference in receiving my military discount), however it has been 4 months and I have received nothing and continue to get the runaround. The tech is racist, prejudice, destructive and the company just covers for him. Do not hire this company!!"

"Great company. We purchased a new air conditioner from them a few years ago and they have came out a few times for service/maintenance. Everyone that I have dealt with from the company, on the phone or in person, have been very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
