"I've lived here going on 3 years and for the most part I've have not complained. However, the past 2 months have been complete HELL. I have never experienced upstairs neighbors this loud and they are LOUD from 9am-11pm. I'm constantly hearing thumping, running, baby yelling, CRASHING, and even had things fall off my wall. I addressed this to the front office (because they never pick up the phone). They told me there's not much they can do and they were right about that. Mind you, I have been patient, but I'm seriously and considering to call the police and have it handled in some way. UPDATE: The noise HAS NOT gotten any better. The upstairs tenants in building 103 KNOW they are being loud and continue to be that way. I'm currently looking for a new place to live."

"My apartment was infested with gnats & roaches ! All in my hygiene products & refrigerator ! Currently working to get this off my credit because I was not living in an uninhabitable environment with my 4 year old ! & the current lessee who is living in building 100 apt 311 I hope you can find a better home than this one. Hopefully new management can do better than the last."

"I've been living here since June 2020 (in one of the phase 2 buildings w/out the elevators). This complex is advertised as "Luxury" apartments. This is false advertising! At one time this place used to be managed and serviced very, very well but since Melinda & Brooke left, it's quite frankly gone down the toilet. The trash compactor is CONSTANTLY broken (a lot of it is due to residents putting things in there that should not be put in there). They put a dumpster out as a temporary solution however, residents and/or their children just stack the trash at will (even when the dumpster is empty). It's a constant health and safety issue and in the height of summer, it smells God awful. The backup dumpster by the back of the clubhouse is equally horrible. More frequent trash pick-ups would help fix the issue. The grounds are trash and dog poop ridden. Residents toss trash from their vehicles into the parking lots. The dog poop receptacles are always stuffed to the rim (another nasty smell to endure during the summer months) and the breezeways are always dirty (trash, dust bunnies, dog hair, beer bottle caps, empty cigarette cartons & cig butts, you name it). I have sweep it myself so I don't track it into my apartment. My garbage disposal has been broken since November 2022. It took them FIVE months to get someone to come look at it. When they "fixed" it, they disconnected the garbage disposal but did not reconnect it properly. Now I have to keep a bucket under the disposal because it leaks!!! This happened in April 2023 and as of today (8/9/23), NO ONE has come to fix it and I have made at least a half a dozen attempts to get them to come back and make it right. I've asked multiple times to get a rent reduction since I now do not have use of two appliances (one for 9 months and the other for 4 months) that they are contractually obligated to provide to me as a renter. They are violating the lease agreement. I've called multiple times (no one answers). I've tried stopping by after work multiple times (the doors are locked before the 6pm posted closing time). I've emailed multiple times and am promised "someone will come on Monday" and it NEVER happens. At this point, I'm going to contact a lawyer to see what my options are. Do not have things shipped to your apartment here. They are constantly delivered to the wrong building or they are stolen from your stoop. The community board is full of messages asking if someone has their package. I know rent prices are stupid crazy right now but I will not be renewing my lease with this property. This place needs some SERIOUS help. **10/01/23 - This property has been sold and is now under new management** Fingers crossed, things get better. 12/26/23 - Things here are improving but progress is slow. It's looking more promising."

"I lived here for a few short months. I had honey bees INSIDE the apartment. Like many other problems, the leasing office told me it would be addressed but never was. The list could go on of the problems I had in such a short time. The apartment complex has trash all throughout. The pool is usually green and has trash all over it, too. Police are constantly patrolling the area due to various reasons. There were guns shots outside my door and someone was stabbed (two separate events). I could go in for all of the concerns I had, but safety and health is huge factor here. I tried calling the corporate office multiple times and they never responded. I see they respond here on Google though."

"I’ve lived here for two years now and honestly never had a good experience. In our first unit in phase 1 our AC had gone out during the hottest part of the year. It was filled with mold and our electric bill was reaching literally $500. they transferred us to phase 2 after our lease ended. Now we are having the same exact problem, AC out during record heat, mold in the unit, maintenance has no idea what they are doing. We have an infant who has been displaced because of the conditions of our unit, which there has been no effort to fix and we have not been compensated in any way. This complex is extremely dirty, mounds of trash as soon as you enter, roaches and flies everywhere. The hallways in phase one are extremely gross, and there are burglary problems here. We pay almost $1900 to live in a small two bed with no AC, a dishwasher that doesn’t work, a dryer that takes 3 runs to dry, drains that always clog, the trash disposal stops working at some points and our fridge leaks water. We’ve even had maintenance Enter our unit once with no 24 hours notice and walk in on us sleeping. This complex is extremely unprofessional, I WOULD NOT recommend living here. This place should honestly be bulldozed."
