"I saw Dr Wallace in the 1990s-2000s. I don;t have the exact dates in front of me. I had seen a series of psychologists which were goot experiences, but no real results. Dr. Wallace told me he was result oriented, and he was! At the end, I stopped treatment with him because I could function quite well on my own. This is the best compliment one can pay a therapist, imo. I liked the fact that he clearly explained what he was doing and why; he went down to the neurological level to explain the way each medication he suggestion worked. He also helped me put in perspective things in my life, to distinguish between what I wanted and what society might have imprinted on me that I should want. I ended up then being able to make my own choices. Altogether an excellent experience."

"Dr Wallace is an Excellent Psch-He was recommended by my retiring Dr Jones- who at 90 retired- Dr Jones knew me well: I have "severe" anxiety attacks since a child- PTSD ++/ distrust of Drs in general- At 68-I had to find a Compatible Dr- He was right- Dr Wallace took me on, didn't change my maintenance meds- etc- I assure Anyone reading this, that I will Stand by Dr Wallace at a Level 5 Review- He really listens- his staff follows up Quickly with any questions or concerns that occur in between appointments, Dr Wallace has always been available through the Medical portal- I had an appointment today- I had been experiencing nervous attacks- Within 5 or less minutes he listened and responded- My nervous anxiety calmed down - after my appointment I had! to write a Review/ just truth- I have referred him to others- I am Grateful that He was referred to me by my retiring Dr of Many Years!"

"If you want to be gaslit by your own doctor he's the one for you. I have for years talked about experiencing severe memory loss, large gaps in my memory, and an inability to even remember to use a planner. I spend more time dissociated than fully conscious. I brought these concerns up to Jim Wallace and was always met with dismissal. "get a planner" "everyone starts to get bad memory as they age". I'm 22. When discussing my concerns about potentially being autistic, he dismissed it with, verbatim, "but you're not that weird". I'm suffering serious debilitating symptoms and have only gotten severely worse since seeing Jim Wallace. Save your money, save your time, save your mind. Bc he will tell you you're normal for the sake of not having to do his job. And then prescribe you a bunch of medication, never delving into anything you mention bc clearly you can't possibly know yourself. In my sessions in particular, I'm often interrupted by him so he can go on some tangent about HIS personal experiences. And that alone will take up the majority of the appointments. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time."
