"Had an appt per my Dr request for almost 2 months. Get a call 2 days from appt to cancel on me. I cant prove it but i am sure its cause he wants to start thanksgiving holiday early. Can't reschedule me for another month. Won't see me with morning appt times open cause I am new patient. So it's ok to inconvenience me and they don't believe in making things right. Piss poor customer service. my own Dr. Outsourced my CT scan cause they can't do it there right. That should have told me something."

"Dr Marc Guitton did my neck surgery and he and his team were amazing. Without them I would not be able to walk. I was having bad headaches and neck pain. Shoulder hurt constantly and my arms kept going numb. I had no feeling in my right hand and pain in my left. My recovery was quick and they kept up with me on how I was feeling. Mrs Emily was always willing to answer any questions I had."

"I have been a patient here for years and saw Erin, Dr Stewart's PA. They were great. The ONLY reason I'm changing clinics is my doc and PA left so I'm going to follow them. The only thing is they are big sticklers for the time slots to pick up your prescriptions. Don't expect them to let you pick anything up even 10 minutes late. So plan ahead and prepare!"
