"I love how big the store is and the selection options. However, there are two things that I do not like about this particular store. The first one being that there's not many shoe sizes over a 9 in women's. Particularly in width wide. I've been here three times and each time the selection of 9 and up in a Wide was minimal at best. Second, and this one bothers me the most, the workers don't circulate the floor to see if anyone needs help. This store is too big for all the workers to be at the front desk not helping customers. I understand being up there if you have someone checking out but I was in the store for 30+ minutes and no one came around at all. It doesn't take three people to ring up customers. That has been a running theme in the three visits I've had to this store. On my second visit, I yelled across the store for help and did not get any. I had a friend with me who had to go to the front desk to get someone to come help me. That is very frustrating and no customer should have to do that to get help. Especially when the workers are not otherwise occupied helping another customer. When I left the store, without buying anything, the three employees behind the desk were laughing and joking around and not even attempting to help any of the remaining customers in the store"

"Today was a master class in what NOT to do in retail. At the beginning on the visit, I asked the associate to measure my child’s feet. Instead of complying, he told us those scales weren’t accurate. So he brought out different sizes for my child to try. I told my kid to stand up to measure his toe length (I thought associate would have done this.) While my kid was trying on shoes, I went upfront to buy socks to use. The cashier didn’t greet me or ask if I needed anything. There were no kids socks available greater than size 3.5. I was told to buy men’s socks, but men socks didn’t start below size 8. While my husband was trying on shoes to get the 50% sale, no associates greeted him or asked if he needed help. The only reason I’m not giving this a -star review is that checkout associate did take time to verify sizes before selling us our shoes."

"Well, I went to the store for the first time. It was very nice. The shoes look comfortable and they have all the different styles Goodbye and check them out."

"Mom needed a new pair of shoes. Bernie our sales associate was very helpful in finding the right pair of shoes for mom. He was very pleasant to talk to and willing to help. Mom liked his choices for her so well that she purchased 2 pairs."

"The staff was very helpful. Before I arrived I looked up a pair of shoes online, they had search for them for a while, but they got me squared away. Plus, it's good when a store actually has the stock that their websites says they do."
