"Tried to return some shoes that ended up being way out of the grace period to do so. The employee and manager I spoke to were so very rude for no reason. All they had to say was sorry we can't it's company policy but instead I got berated. Yall are just workers for a company that most likely treats you as replaceable why take it that seriously? I was embarrassed for them."
