Rejuvenating

"This may become a little of a long post but please hang in there and read it. I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis), Raynaud's Phenomenon, Hypoglycemia and some other medical issues. With my RA at times it gets EXTREMELY difficult for me to move and over the years I have lost a lot of mobility and limberness in different parts of my body. I guess knots in my body from different things. I went to Stephanie, Jeffrey and Elaine at Rejuvenating Wellness Center in hopes that they could help me in some way. Since seeing the three of them, I am way more limber and have so much more mobility, different parts of my body are working correctly due the Reflexology and Thia Yoga. I also get a Medical Massage as it has also helped me in ways that you just need to experience for yourself. These three are all Medical Professionals and know EXACTLY what the are doing. I hurt my back not too long lifting on something heavy that I knew I shouldn't have but as a Widow I have to push myself harder. The Reflexology has helped my stomach issues that I have had since birth as well as my Thyroid levels have balanced out and no longer are all over the place. I sit all day for work and you would be surprised at how hard that truly is on your body. Rejuvenating Wellness Center is just that with a touch of a spa feeling. I will be starting Yoga or Palates there thanks to the amazing help from these three. I see each of them at least once a month to keep things on the good side. You may say to yourself, that's not a necessary thing and it's expensive. Here are my thoughts on that. It's not expensive and it's your health and body and you only get one. Go up and them a try. I promise you that you won't be sorry and you'll go back beacuse your body will feel so much better and your health can improve a great deal without taking a pill for everything. I actually have been able to stop some of my medications thanks to Stephanie, Elaine and Jeffrey. If they ask how you hesrd about them. Tell them Kathryn Allaire recommended them. They just right there at 811 Grogan Street, Downtown Lavonia, you can't miss them with their sign. You can't afford not to go for your bodies sake."
