"Absolute worst most hateful and rude staff I’ve ever encountered. I called the main office management and formally filed a complaint. She was super nice and apologized profusely but we will NEVER step foot in that office. We also called our referring physicians office and told them what happened and they will be sending people to Gainesville now instead. Don’t be a nurse if you don’t comprehend BASIC empathy. Learn how to treat people. They’re lucky no one has decked them yet with their smart mouths. Don’t do a job you’re not capable of doing, and those nurses are not capable."

"Needed to be -5 filing formal complaint amd submitted complaint with medical board. Needs to shut down horrible place. Staff is horrible the whole practice needs to shut down. This office is a nightmare all around!"

"Dr Aggerwal only saw me once in office. He never put a finger on me. I did everything I was told to do, every other month he would say if you want something done go to another clinic. I seen multiple Dr come through this clinic and leave. I've stood in the rain and cold waiting to be seen. I've seen needles and bottles of pee sitting just outside of the office doors ( yes I notified the personnel so they could come clean it up). This physician and clinics need a intense investigation! I think old personnel should be interviewed. IF YOU VALUE GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS AND A DR THAT WILL LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS THEN BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!"

"I was diagnosed with bone cancer, an uncurrable cancer and I will only go into remission. I ended up in the ER with a dialated bile duct blockage in my liver 2 months ago and spoke with the doctor last month about this and about the medication the ER gave me. Long story short, he didn't remember our conversation, I was dismissed and he told me to consult with my cancer doctor. I thought he was supposed to be a specialist? My oncologist and group of doctors in Gainesville said he obviously didn't read my chart and notes and he didn't have any professional manner whatsoever. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who has major health issues like cancer. The staff and doctor were not at all caring or professional and only seemed to be in another world when you spoke to them."

"Terrible doctor and staff. The dr is just prescribing morphine for all patients no matter what they were on. He’s willing to let you go weeks without pain medicine if you can’t take what he prescribed. He could care less about his patients. Most of his staff are snotty and short with patients. The place looks filthy."
