Lighthouse Family Practice is a doctor's office located at 355 Clear Creek Parkway in Lavonia, Georgia, United States. We offer comprehensive care for the entire family, from newborns and up. Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments, but walk-in visits are also accepted. We strive to honor appointment times, but understand that emergencies may arise. If there are delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Patients are required to notify our office within 24 hours prior to their appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule.
We provide online patient forms for convenience, and ask that patients keep us updated on any changes to their information. We accept most insurance plans, but Health Alliance is no longer accepted at any practice in Lavonia. Prior approval for services may be required by some insurance plans, so please obtain any necessary referrals before your visit.
Our mission at Sacred Heart Primary Care is to provide evidence-based, comprehensive care and practice preventative medicine to promote the health and well-being of our community. "NP Amy Evans is absolutely awesome, sadly though the new head 'doctor' they have on staff is grossly incompetent and afraid to treat anything other than the sniffles. That or they only want the easy money. Either way, I would have to recommend going elsewhere. Again, both NP's on staff (Evans & Dawkins) are wonderful and intelligent people who do their best to help their patients while unfortunately being handcuffed from doing anything. Until they get a Dr. in that isn't afraid of their own shadow, this place is a waste of time."

"I loved my experience with Lighthouse Family Practice when Dr Raber was there. I trusted his expertise and always had a great visit. Since they’ve become a St Mary’s practice, I have tried on 4 different occasions over 2 years to get in for a sick visit. Each time, I’ve been told that they couldn’t get me in for a *SICK VISIT* until the following week. When I asked what I should do to get treated for my illness, they recommended urgent care. It cost me significant time and money to do this rather than go to my established physician. I just had my records transferred to a different practice, and they had me in for a new patient visit to establish care within 2 days. Im so glad that I left."
