"Jessie and Gary did a fine job, took care ofy equipment, and explained options. Kept me at the same rate for my service contract, despite advertised increase, which was especially appreciated, especially as a long time customer."
"The actual service once the technicians arrived was excellent. They seemed knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all questions. The problem was their tardy arrival. Initially I was told they would arrive between 2 and 4 pm. Then I received a message that the time window would actually be from noon to 4 pm (which required my cancelling other appointments to be on site by noon). I waited from noon to 4 and heard nothing. Shortly after 4 pm I received a call saying the company wanted to make sure someone would be on site if the technicians, who were half hour away, continued to the locale. They arrived about 4:30 pm. This seems unreasonable. I should have received a call far earlier to let me know they would be late. I suspect if I were not present for half an hour after technicians arrived they would have left and cancelled the service. This should be a two-way street. Again, the service was fine...the scheduling and actual arrival was not."
"Our tech today was Rey Castrejon and he was amazing. He was very thorough in checking out our unit and how it was performing. He made all the technical requirements needed for us to have excellent service in the future with our unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also explained his work as he went along and in ways I could understand. I will always ask for him in the future for our regularly scheduled maintenance calls."
