"My daughter was told she had bought the wrong battery and that it couldn’t be installed. The service person was rude as hell and so was the lady at the desk when I asked my daughter to speak to her and hand her the charger phone! My daughter leaves, go back to the auto parts store where the battery was purchased & it was indeed the RIGHT battery for her car! She went to a service center and they installed it just fine without any issues at all! Work on your customer service and don’t turn people away because your service crew doesn’t wanna do the job! Also the lady at the desk, dropped my daughter’s phone as well while I asked to speak to her to find out why it couldn’t be done! If your staff doesn’t want to work, then they should walk out the door and you can find people that do want to work!"

"Mr. Cooper was my seller and I couldn’t be more happy I ran into this guy, I hunt for a new vehicle for over 2 weeks and came back after visiting other four dealerships and what make me came back was the service and how he went above and beyond to the point he let me used his personal vehicle and I didn’t even have to mention the reason which was that I need to take care of some things for the kids at home and couldn’t wait at the dealership.
