"Scott and his team at Coastal glass works are an exception to what professionalism and customer care is truly about. I had ordered the wrong part and they took apart the door and worked out every option to try to save me money while the part was being ordered and arrived overnight so they could work on it first thing tomorrow morning, instead of my girlfriend coming back to drop it off and me being double charged. They truly are a customer first and business second and they went above and beyond. They not only put back the door, they duct taped the window as well and secured it. These people deserve praise and most importantly, your business."

"Unfortunately my windshield on my Kia Soul was damaged. My insurance recommended a different service. I called the number which turned out to be a national answering service and said they could schedule an appointment or I could drive to a local dealership. I went there and after waiting 30 minutes just to be seen I read the reviews. They were terrible. Based upon the lack of attention I received and the reviews I decided to look elsewhere. I found Coastal Glass works. I phoned them and a young lady answered. She advised if I gave her my vin number she would call back with a quote. Within 5 minutes she did. I went by there as I was just down the road and met her and the owner. He immediately came out and looked at the windshield and said it would have to be replaced and the quote was as she had stated. The price was such that it wasn't worth filing an insurance claim. He told me that there might be a problem getting the plastic side pieces off and they might get damaged. This is a defect in Kia's design. However he said they would do their best to try to remove them without damage. I scheduled an appointment for two days later. The workers arrived on time. They replaced the windshield and managed to do it without damaging the Kia parts, saving me money. They were professional and friendly. They advised me to leave the pieces of tape on for 24 hours and wait 2 weeks before running the vehicle through a car wash. They said I could wash it by hand in the meantime. I did as instructed and waited to do the car wash as instructed. I did drive in some rain without leaks. Today I ran it through the car wash to be sure everything was good. It was. No leaks anywhere. I wanted to wait to do a review until I had done this. I highly recommend that anyone needing a windshield replaced check with this company. Their service was top notch from the receptionist, owner and workers. Their prices are completely honest and fair. I believe they are a family owned local business and it seems they treat their customers like a family. If you have need of a windshield repair or replacement in the area give them a call. You will be happy that you did."
