"I had an 8 o'clock appointment for a simple nail removal and patch. I was in the shop promptly at 8. After 45 minutes, my car had not been touched or looked at. I was forced to leave due to an engagement elsewhere. On the way to my other meeting, I stopped by another tire shop, which was able to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes. What's the point of making appointments if they are not honored? I wish we had more independent shops and not these folks who dont care for their customers time."
