"First visit to this location. Was waited on within a minute or two. The woman behind the counter was nice and pleasant. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. This is also the first location I saw mini donuts being sold at."

"I've been to this location a total of maybe 5 times in the 5 years I've lived here and only once were they actually HOT when the sign was lit. I still haven't managed to get a lemon filled and too afraid to try again because they may give me raspberry filled which are disgusting. My most recent visit at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday had me driving away completely because I was told they had no glazed donuts!!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE GLAZED DONUTS?!?! Your business is donuts, specifically glazed!!! What was worse was I could smell them! I could go to the Macon location and literally watch them pull donuts off the line and place them in boxes! I just don't want to drive the two freaking hours but I may have too in order to get lemon filled and hot glazed donuts!"

"Order a dozen classic assorted and a dozen glazed. Classic assorted was anything but assorted. Out of the twelve, eight of them were chocolate. Maybe calling it the leftover dozen would be more appropriate because that's what I feel we received. When you pay such a high price for donuts, you should receive what is advertised. Still love the taste, just not the selection."

"Would give zero stars if I could.came through the drive through with the purest intention to be polite and sweet as I always am to the worker serving me.Came thru seems like the manager or shift lead took over the mic I then proceeded to state ‘’may I have one minute please’’ and got asked repeatedly asked ‘’what you want’’ ‘’what kind do you want’’in a unprofessional demeanor which could’ve been replaced with ‘’okay time your time’’. mind you the line was nothing but 2 or 3 cars,fairly short and nobody was behind me it was not an inconvenience to take another 30 sec to confirm the order I wanted to place .The woman said ‘’I see your looking at your phone but we don’t have them only what’s presented on the menu’’.assuming I was looking at a menu on my phone which I wasn’t I was actually talking to someone on the phone so there was no need for the quick slick comment through the camera.Pulled up to the window nothing but eye rolls and passive aggressiveness irritated I bought an assorted box and was having trouble replacing the donuts I had in mind to get to change them to something else .which I understand but overall I was fair and not difficult.It was hard to not reciprocate the energy she was giving me but I pulled through and ‘’stated thank you for your patience with me’’because there was no need for that attitude to begin with."

"I went inside tonight for the first time at this location (Tuesday 9/19). It was around 8:00pm and I was afraid the donuts wouldn’t be fresh or the employees would be just wanting to go home, because that’s how a lot of establishments are these days. That was NOT my experience here. A very nice woman named Crystal was so quick and friendly and even made sure I had hot and ready glazed in my box. So appreciated the great customer service and fresh donuts! Thank you so much!"
