"They sometimes pass off regular coffee as an espresso shot. Espresso is bitter so there’s an obvious difference in flavor. To be charged for an espresso shot or drink and not get the espresso is ridiculous. It’s not worth the drive back up there. I have had good experiences but being cheated is big no for me. Just take the extra two minutes to drive to Starbucks or start making it at home. Some of the staff is great and upbeat, others not so much."
