"Walked in to get a simple protein bowl, single person at the counter didn't say a word to me and decided to work on 4 sandwiches before even addressing me (which she did not end up doing at all). Ended up walking out after 10 minutes of silence. Mind you I was the only one physically in the store. I don't understand how "to go" service is being prepared vs someone in line. Probably because their was only a single person working to cut cost. I've never had service like that at Subway before."
"My last few visits here hasn’t been good. They’ve got a new staff that need more training b/ EVERY time I’ve come I’ve had to request they change their gloves. It should be common sense to change your gloves after dealing w/ money, your hair etc. and lastly the attitudes suck! Good workers are clearly hard to find!"
"If you do a mobile order you are better off getting right in line. They prioritize people in store even if you placed your order 40 minutes ago!! I am sitting in the lobby 22 minutes past when the app said it would be ready. I’m about to hop in line because I don’t think they have even started mine."
