"This is one of the slowest fast food places ive ever been to. It took 30 Minutes to get our food in the drive through! I understand being understaffed but if your wait is that long you should tell people before taking payment. It also completely defeats the point of fast food. Pic for proof im exaggerating on my wait (took at 25 min mark)"
"The food here is always hit or miss but I usually eat it anyways so I won’t complain. My biggest concern with this location is the process of ordering. Out of the two speakers that are outside in the drive thru, one has been down for I think two years now, and the other is reaching its breaking point. I have to turn my truck off and scream thru the speaker out of my truck in order for them to hear me, only to be asked to pull forward and make my order. This is no fault of the staff, but definitely makes the process take 5x as long, especially during work hours. I love the staff, they are so friendly and I know several by name from how often I visit."
"this location made it very difficult for me to place two separate orders. i was on the property probably 10 minutes before i ever got to actually order. along with the person at the drive thru telling me i have to get out of line to place more than one order then when i asked a question he completely ignored me and some lady with a very rude attitude came on the speakerbox and told me i needed to get out of line if i was doing more than one order. and to top it off i got a sorry order of cheese fries."
