McDonald's

"No straws and missing a milkshake in my doordash order. Most of everything is cold Update (1/14/24): I ordered a number 7 and a 10pc nuggets. I also had a total of four large teas. Everyone’s including my tea was the color of light piss. I shouldn’t be able to see my room light clearly through tea. That tells me somebody was out of teabags and was reusing them. They certainly didn’t taste very sweet either. On top of that, the fries are cold. Not warm, but cold. Every time I come here it’s always an issue and I can’t say I’ll be coming back. This particular day was a delivery order. I never have issues with other McDonald’s other than this one. If it was an occasional mistake, that would be understandable, but the only thing consistent at this location is the mistakes. Being part of a smaller franchise you would think that they would have better quality control but it’s quite the opposite. What’s even more sickening is when you go in the restaurant and you overhear managers telling their employees to “do surveys” on customers receipts. Oh yeah, you also don’t get receipts here. I guess the employees are instructed to do false surveys to make the store look better online to corporate. Honestly it’s a gross misconduct of food service and I will not be spending money here again. I’ll eat the rubber off my tires and drink my own gasoline before I waste either of those things to drive up here."

"People were fairly nice compared to other days I’ve came. My issue was the food. No I don’t expect 5 star food at McDonald’s but I do expect to get something I can eat. I got a mcChicken plain and I guess they just wiped the mayo off and tried to cook the bread so I couldn’t tell. Well it made the bread hard as a brick and burnt. My order was simple this location is just lazy. You want to get paid more yet you do less work… makes no sense."

"Had two custom bacon ranch mcCrisp and neither of them came with bacon. We were missing one French fries out of our three we order. One do the pies looked burnt, hubby threw it out after one bite. Food taste somewhat decent but we paid for something’s we didn’t get. UPDATE: 01/06/2024 Order breakfast and they messed up on two sandwiches, lucky my kids were hungry and they didn't noticed. (5 sandwiches breakfast and 5 handbrowns) And than later I order lunch (2 large fries, 2 cheeseburger, 10 piece nugget, 6 piece nugget, 2 strawberry crème pie), I checked it before I left and I even showed the girl there were little fries and she had an attitude than after I was pulling off she offered a small fries which I kindly declined. I feel like it is this location only that can't get my order right for nothing. Not once have I got a correct order. We might have to start going to the Lewiston Rd."

"Pretty bad even for a McDonald’s. I ordered chicken nuggets and it took about 10-15 mins to receive food. I believe that the works were just inside messing around and forgot about me. This order I got took way too long for it to be served. The food its self was your average McDonald’s food but I was really upset with the service and how long it took to make my food."

"So I just ordered DoorDash. Listen, I understand the Dashers are hungry themselves, so maybe they took a bite of my fries. That's okay! But maybe what also happened was, they didn't fill my fries. I paid $20 to deliver a 10ct nugget meal. Why it was that expensive? Who knows. So for a $20 meal, I expect the fries to be absolutely stacked. My fries were terribly sad. They were actually crying when they arrived- that's how sad they were. The fry wasn't even half full. I don't mind sharing my fries, please just ask next time, McDonald's. :) I have the photo attached."
