"So I don't know the employee's name but I can tell you she didn't care about organizing the order that was requested It seems like attitude was getting worse and dismissive. 15-20 wait on leg and thighs I mean dang I get it if you're short staff but lesson learned no longer going to Bojangles in Grove Town"
"Staff are poorly trained. Whoever the managers are needs to learn how to train their young staff and it be some girl's with they're long nails and hair with no hair nets that be handing the food out. Orders take forever and some days they don't have chicken. Like, they can say, " We don't have dark meat or we don't have white meat". LIke what? Why are you even open then?"
"I ordered the 4 piece tenders meal. Upon opening the box, I noticed that these were nuggets not tenders."
"Lady working drive thru on may 16th at 8:40pm, told me 5 min wait but it ends up being 30 min. Second time this has happened with the same lady. Also, lady behind her was smoking her vape pen by the food. Lemonade tasted like water."
