"Customer service by manager Morgan at this lovely Savannah store is beyond reproach!! I bought my wife a long sleeve while vacationing Christmas week. After returning home back on Long Island NY and only 2 wears/gentle washes later my wife notices a hole in top of the shoulder and a thinning of the fabric. I called corporate customer service; horrible response; they insisted my wife "tore" it on something (we are both professionals in our 60's) which was not the case. So out of frustration I called the Savannah store, spoke to Morgan. I returned to her my mail and she sent out a replacement immediately! Now how is that for great customer satisfaction?? We are looking forward to shopping in this Savannah store the next trip down!! Thank you Morgan!"
