"I went to this location bc I kept loosing my voice. 3x in a 2 month period and I work on the phones so it's not fun. The doctor was nice enough did a scope thing down my throat and then just said if this keeps happening u may need a new job. I've worked there 8 years and like I can just find another job like it's nothing. Then when I go to pay they tell me my totals 180 which is for the scope and my deductible. I was really annoyed already so I just paid and left. When I got home I called my insurance to ask why I had to pay that much (I have good insurance) and they informed me that I shouldn't had to and they never got a claim or anything. I called ent back and spoke with the office manager (she was the one who rang me up) and she said oh you want me to run it through them. I mean really isn't that your job? I should have said something the second she gave me the total and I know now in the future I will. She did end up refunding all but my $30 deductible and ran it through my insurance. Guess what 4 months later no bill, I'm assuming it got covered. I won't go back here for a first time experience I felt like they didn't really care. I will say my family attends the north Charleston location and they like it there."

"My 3 year old son started out with Dr Scott (which he is awesome!) Then switched to Jennifer Campbell. She. Is. Amazing. She always has a smile on her face and she is so great with kids. Whenever my son felt uneasy about a situation, she always turns it into something fun and positive and gets the job done. Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about Charleston ENT!"

"Pretty unhappy after my husband and I left with our 2 year old. The doctor recommended ear tubes for a persistent ear infection and said it was our choice for her to have the surgery or not but they went ahead and put in the paperwork to get approved for the surgery and said we could cancel everything if we decided not to. Then the medical assistant was very rude when we needed to find out the name of one of the medications my daughter was prescribed by her pediatrician so I called them to get the information and the assistant was rushing me and talking over me when I was on the phone with the nurse. It took a while for them to answer so she kept coming in and out the room sighing and sucking her teeth. Just overall a bad experience I did not choose this doctor our pediatrician referred us to them since they are closest to our home."

"The front office staff at the Goose Creek location is awful. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been going to this location for allergy short every 2 weeks for the last 2 years and it seems to get worse with every vist!"
