"This place will probably politely decline any future service after this because that seems to be what they do at this establishment. Nonetheless, here’s my review. This is place to go if you are in no rush what’s so ever. If you have about 2 to 4 hours to kill in your day this is the best place to just wait around, hear some snickering and unpleasant comments. The best part is the sarcasm and great attitude they have in the back. Front desk people are amazing though. This is not for them."

"Dr. Jordan is amazing. He’s made me feel comfortable and confident about my labor plan. I couldn’t be more pleased!!! After having a horrible first birth expirence, I feel so confident he has mine AND my babies best interest at hand!! Never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to see him, he listens to my concerns and always reassures me! Couldn’t have found a better office!!!"

"Believe the bad reviews and steer clear. It's nearly impossible to get in anywhere else in this area once you've had an initial pregnancy visit. I could write paragraphs upon paragraphs, but the highlights are: - They don't do a dating ultrasound at your first appointment because "insurance doesn't cover it". Funny, mine has for other pregnancies at other offices. They just seem to not offer it because not all insurances cover it vs. tailoring care for each patient. - They don't allow anyone back with you for visits. Incredibly damaging to the anxious mother who may want a support person with her or who's had past miscarriages/received bad news at these visits. - It is sometimes GROSS. I walked into the small bathroom once to multiple cups of urine just sitting there open on the counter. Has to be a health hazard. - When offering/asking if we want genetic testing, the nurses could not articulate the purpose of the tests or the conditions covered. - They don't even have a way to pay your bill online. No online patient portal to be able to see your records. - Some nurses are rude and a little condescending. - Dr. Gresham is nice. - The few times I saw the NP "Dr. T", she was incredibly nice and helpful. - Delivery at Dr.'s hospital was great, but that was 99% due to the nurses. Gresham has great bedside manner and I was thrilled with my delivery experience after such a poor prenatal care experience, but the nurses really get the credit for the good delivery experience."
