"Last time I went they were rush rush and Dr Dong said you ain't going to get glasses anyway I've always got my prescription and went somewhere else to get my glasses they charge $30. Just to give me my prescription my insurance pays for eye exam I've never had a Dr to charge me $30. For my prescription just because I can't afford their glasses they get payed for exam crazy"
"Dr. Flood's staff and the optician were super-nice, friendly and efficient. But Dr. Flood herself is absolutely the reason my husband and I will not be going back. She was rushed, and dismissive of what I was saying to the point of rudeness. I did not feel cared-for at all; I felt bullied and ignored. Now I'll have to cough up full price for a second exam somewhere else to get a prescription I feel I can trust, since my once-a-year insurance is used up."
