"Waited in room over a hour before I got up and went to nurse's desk. Saw doctor 3 hours after I got there Waited another hour before xray. Finally just signed out ama bc I had to get home to my daughter. They didn't even try to talk me into to staying at all. Oh and dont expect to get anything decent for pain. Was offered tylenol for kidney stones and they drug screen you everytime."

"I don't know what happened. This hospital has gone horribly down hill. I was in the emergency room for over 2 hours waiting to go in the back( which would have been ok if they were busy) had a rude triage nurse ( intake was fine) blood in one of the bathrooms. Notified the desk. They called it in immediately. 40 minutes later its still there. Used to be my favorite hospital. Can't say that anymore Also I am prone to thyroid storms. I came in thinking I might have pneumonia. I have a resting heart rate of 118 and a np at 186/96. I don't normally have high pressure. Wouldn't tell me my temp."

"My experience with most of the staff members except PT, was marginal. More like self help. Don’t expect for a bath after surgery if you have the need to stay more than the day after surgery -you won’t get one. Reason given, we’re use to the patient going home the next day. Beds aren’t changed even after the unwashed patient has slept there for 3 days and there is blood stain on it. Oh yes- I did my due diligence and asked it to be changed..... One good thing happened to day! He got cleaned towels a a gown yet he has no was to get to the bathroom..... Is this self serve??? Less for more?Perhaps insurance companies need to know about this.Umm? By the way my husband is a disabled VET!"

"I waited an hour to be seen in the triage, which was okay, because I know these types of places get busy. The nurse was super nice, and she made me as comfortable as I could be. Once I got back into the waiting room, I sat for five hours. I started to notice, and so did other people, that no one was getting called back to be seen by a Doctor. People were getting impatient, and they were starting to leave, one by one. I decided to wait another 30 minutes, but I just couldn’t handle it anymore, so I left, too. I waited a total of 6 hours and 30 minutes. The receptionist that signed me in was really nice, and like I said above, so was the nurse - I don’t remember either of their names, though, but they made it a two star experience. Oh yeah, I should add that the place was filthy. I felt like I was going to get sick with some kind of bacterial infection touching the arms of the chairs. The guy cleaning the place did a half-assed job."

"Dr. Brian Hughes came in and didn't help my fiance who couldn't breathe. He put his hand in my face after I was advising him of the situation then asked us to leave. He stated all that all he was required to do was to diagnose and that was by federal law. He did that and he told us to have a good day. We weren't at the hospital for a full 20 min and while we were getting ready to leave I asked for a wheel chair not even a full minute, they had the discharge papers as well. The nurse was rude the only person that was nice was the lady at the front desk Thank God I went to MCG. I'll never go back to this campus and I will be sure to take this over his head. He has had numerous complaints, but this has to stop before he kills somebody. My fiance was diagnosed with Pneumonia at MCG and DR. Hughes sent us home without even checking, he basically refused to do anything, and he made it as a joke. But I wont let it go. I have all the paper work."
