"Absolutely horrible. I had a referral to a local orthopedic doctor. But the MTF, i.e. Eisenhower picked up the referral. It took two weeks to even get an appointment scheduled. They recommended an MRI, which took over a month to get An outside facility because they couldn’t provide one. Now I can’t get a follow up appointment because they don’t have a schedule. It’s been over two months and still no medical service."

"I live in Oklahoma and served in the military at Ft. Gordon. I've been trying for months to get in contact with ANYONE so that I can get my medical records. Absolutely no answer, no response on their website, no help whatsoever. This is absolutely frustrating and disrespectful. I didn't enlist and serve just to be ignored and dismissed."

"The quality of care here for ALL departments that I have dealt with thus far pertaining to healthcare, prescriptions, dealings with certain nursing staff and certain front desk staff at the FMC, receiving call backs from patient customer service, anyone responding to emails via patient portal with solid answers for referrals or for issues/problems in general and with prescriptions is despicable. There is no comparison to off post Dr.'s offices within the CSRA who provide exceptional care! We should have the choice of who provides our healthcare and where we want procedures done. The majority of people on post in healthcare are rude and make you feel like a number rather than a patient both at the hospital and FMC, and that you are inconveniencing them by being there. They do not try to help you resolve any issues. I despise this facility and cringe every single time I have to have anything done there and having a Dr. chosen for you rather than choosing for yourself and being stuck with that doctor for an entire year is unfathomable to me, especially, if you don't like them or the quality of care that you are receiving is not good. They drop the ball an awful lot out there. There is A LOT of work and improvements needed in all areas of the healthcare facilities here. What a huge disappointment."

"First, we waited a long time for my daughter’s wellness check. Then, they don’t even have a nurse come in to do the immunizations. You have to go back out to the waiting room and then be re called back inside to the immunization room. This process took over an hour. Then, the nurse almost gave my daughter the incorrect set of immunizations for 15 months. As she brought in the vaccines, it looked like a lot to me so I asked what she was getting. She listed off vaccines that I knew my daughter already had previously. I told her that’s incorrect and she said the system was showing she needs them. Again, I stated it’s wrong and so she asks ME what she needs… I said please go ask the doctor who went through the vaccine list. Finally the nurse said “oops, almost gave the wrong ones” as a joke and went back to get the proper vaccines. She proceeded to tell me their system said my daughter was behind on various vaccines and it must be incorrect. Obviously it’s incorrect… I have no idea why it wasn’t properly updated or why my daughter was very close to getting 4 wrong vaccines! After going back and forth for a bit, she finally got the correct vaccines. So negligent and irresponsible!"
