"I have a VA voucher for a condition I require surgery for within the next month. All my presurgery imaging is marked as Urgent in the doctor's order. The hospital ordered my MRI through AU Health Imaging 2 weeks in advance (1.5 weeks before my surgery date) and their scheduler called me at 6PM on a Friday to inform me they don't take VA vouchers. I was transferred to the scheduling manager, who informed me it was my fault I was getting notified late because they tried to contact me 1 day before. Nevermind the 2 weeks they sat on this information without reaching out. She blamed me for scheduling it, even though the hospital scheduled it for me and I had never had any contact with her before. After I explained the neurosurgery clinic which scheduled by MRI was closed and their schedulers were gone until Monday, and I needed this MRI for a time sensitive surgery, she rudely told me that if it was so important I could come in on Monday for my appointment and pay out of pocket. Honestly felt like a shakedown in a situation where I'm desperate and don't have any other choice."

"I had an exceptional experience at this place.. I came here for ultrasound today. I was expecting for a long wait since I came walk-in. But their service is fast, and the staffs were very nice and kind. They seem to value patients and offer warm smiles and greetings. Susan, is a lovely, sweet and very accomodating woman. Alishia, the tech made me feel very comfortable during the procedure..10 stars for these ladies."
