"This is a great Starbucks in terms of service. However, my classmates and I can never sit in the cafe because it's always freezing. No matter what time of year, it's cold. The air ventilation is clearly above the seating and blasts down onto you. Temperature is relative so this may not apply to everyone. But if you're generally cold natured or want to feel cozy, just know that the girl I saw studying in the corner today literally had a blanket over her lap. Unfortunately, I didn't come prepared with a parka and decided to leave (like I always do.). At the time of this post it was February winter and it was warmer outside than in this cafe."
"I have been coming to this location consistently for the last 3 years. I order the same drink every day. I usually enjoy the associates that work at this location since they are always pretty nice and upbeat. Recently however, there has been a lot of new workers and the drinks are either not being made correctly, or they aren’t taking the correct order. (This has happened at least in the last 10 times I’ve visited) I order an iced vanilla latte everyday. I know what the drinks supposed to taste and look like, and at times, it’s so light it looks like a blonde espresso. Either that, or more than half the cup is being filled with ice. It’s frustrating when you’re paying over $6.00 for a coffee."
"It was quiet in the wee hours of the morn before traffic picked up. The baristas were very friendly and efficient."
"I got a hot coffee with honey and heavy cream and a caramel Frappuccino. She made my hot coffee, and then she disappeared for about 15 minutes. She comes back and starts taking orders and filling the orders. About 6 people got their orders when I said, "Did you forget about me? No, it's coming. I will not be going back to this location."
"I’ve been to Starbucks all over Ga. & Fl. This is by far the best one. Employees were friendly but not fake. They were cheerful and speedy! The atmosphere was relaxed. Restrooms were clean! Parking lot was easy to get in & out. Cute little area outside. Highly recommended!"
