I asked one gentlemen in the store what size a shoe I wanted came in and it was such a horrible experience !! He had an attitude and told me the sizes we have are whatever we have !! I didn’t ask that I will never shop at that store again !!"

"Iwish i could give this review No Stars. Ordering from Kids Footlocker is a nightmare. I ordered two pairs of shoes and opted for in-store pick up. I went to pick up the shoes yesterday. Only one pair was there. I ask about the other shoes I ordered and they tell me it'll be delivered to my house which doesn't make sense considering I opted for in store pick up. Of course, they're clueless and tell me it'll be coming to my house. I call customer service and they say the same thing then I get an email saying it'll be delivered my Dec 27. Why have the option for in-store pick up when they'll just deliver your order however they want. AND they use FedEx for shipping which is the most incompetent shipping company in existence. So I'm pretty sure I won't be getting the shoes until January, if at all! Plus, no refund until the system says the shoes have been delivered. I already know from experience that it will be weeks before that happens. Save yourself the trouble and just go to another store. Their website is garbage and the employees are clueless, in person and on the phone."

"I went there today with my friend to get her nephew a outfit and shoes. I had my service dog with me who is in training and is four months old and they denied her in the store because I was sitting in the seats in front while my friend was in BAB. The whole time she was sitting and laying down. As soon as I got in there they said you can’t have her. I then said she is a service dog and they said she is acting crazy. (She was sniffing around) I got security and they told them legally she has papers because I had her card on me and they said she didn’t show us that even though they wouldn’t get close to let me show them. She then started sniffing again and said look at how she is acting. They will never get my service ever again."

"It was very busy on Saturday, release day and the holidays. Store was COVID careful. Limited store entry, line to get in, which is understandable, but when I got to the cashier desk, clerk ask for my name and the scan code, she then took my phone out of my hand, whhhhaaaatttt! We are in a pandemic, no one should be holding my phone but me. The clerk then began to walk to the back. Unexceptable. It was not just me it was others too. Should this be happening?"
