"Everyone is so nice there. Minus one employee his name is anwan but I have nicknamed him unwanted. He is incredibly rude and unwarranted. Whenever I go in there he is always arguing with the other employees and always on his phone, he is always up from and never wanting to greet or help any customers when they enter. The only reason I go in there is because of the manager and the dollar tree manager. They are always so helpful l. If anwan were to leave I would recommend all my family and friends to shop there"

"Love going here all the time and always have what I need. Super clean and organized unlike a lot of the other ones in Savannah. Staff is overall great however I’ve noticed they’re always wearing headphones when they’re helping customers at the register and have side conversations too. I just feel so awkward at the register and feel as if I am imposing on them when I’m the customer! Anyways good place and always a good experience overall."

"First experience with the family dollar/ dollar tree combination store. One side of building is dollar tree and other side is family dollar all in one open floor plan. Very wide variety of products. Helpful, friendly staff. Awesome experience."

"I went here solely out of convenience. I wasnt greeted or politely asked about a face covering. The young lady behind the counter told me to buy a mask Or she wasn’t checking me out. She had her mask around her neck. There were no other patrons shopping during this time. I asked if a manager or another associate was available. She lied and claimed to be the only on working in the store. As I was exiting, I saw another employee come from the back. Apparently these people don’t appreciate their jobs or the people who shop there to pay their bills. Very sad exchange. I won’t be back. Pretty sure if I was black it wouldn’t have been an issue."

"Visited the store at 3:45p today. Made a purchase that totaled $10.83. Presented a $50 bill. Cashier refused to take the money because my $39.17 would "empty my drawer." There were other customers in the line that very well may have had dollars and fives. Needless to say, I left without making the purchase. Sales associate, who identified herself as management, was very rude to begin with in that she never even spoke to me, but slowly strolled from some isle and then began to ring up the items. Customer service was horrible."
