"I went to this location looking for a specific bolt that I had with me for reference or help finding. I spoke with the only associate in sight, Mercedes who worked the front- upon entering the store; she called for assistance for me to the isle I was headed. I tried looking myself for 30 min before I got frustrated -while waiting for help, after a girl restocking a shelf on my isle blew me off when I asked if she could help me and rudely walked off. I went to find more help from another associate- a second call was made- 15 more minutes pass. 45 min in a store for assistance in a home improvement store is absolutely insane. I never got an apology or assistance, but merely my time wasted. I received two different answers for whom the store manager on duty was from two different associates; Ethan or Brandon was the response. Don’t go to this store unless you know what you want or to simply walk out- no one is even there to stop you. This is the most eerie department store I’ve ever seen in my life. The place looked like a ghost town- I see why now."

"I was very disappointed in this experience this time. My husband and I purchased a dryer and needed to pick it up on the weekend. They had the dryer we wanted actually in the store, and we purchased it. The sales person said it would not be a problem to pick it up on Saturday. We got there midmorning on Saturday and went to the customer service area. The woman told me that it wasn't there and that it actually had been ordered and wouldn't be there till the following week. My husband explained who he talked with and was assured that it would not be sold and that it was in stock at that store. The customer service person started to argue with my husband and muttered a lot under her breath. Making the statement "if it's still here." At that point, I demanded the manager who, of course, was on a break. We waited about 10 min the whole time the customer service person would not stop muttering under her breath. Finally, the manager shows up and tells the other customer service person there was one in the back, and they would bring it up. The manager then said they would have to cancel the one that was on order that had been paid for and charged on my credit card and then charge this one. I told her that couldn't happen because I was not made of money and budgeted for only 1 purchase and couldn't wait for days to be credited back to the card. She told me it hadn't been charged kind of snotty, and I pulled up my account and showed her it had indeed been charged. She was taken back because I had shown her the proof she was wrong. In short, I won't be making a purchase from them again, and we have purchased several appliances from there. There are a lot of other places that I can make this type of purchase from and they want my business and they are friendly. Another reviewer said it perfectly in a review " they acted like they were doing me a favor by doing their job.""

"Had two employees tell me the wrong aisle to look for something. Then they told me they do not carry replacement blades for the lawn mower I bought from them that is still on the shelf. Best excuse I got was "well other stores do that too" and when I went to talk to the manager on duty, Millicent, to request they order it, she wouldn't get off her phone and turns out she was the first one to give me the wrong aisle. Do better."
