"Bought an $800 queen mattress from them 2 months ago. I understand they have a no return policy but if the mattress has dips and ripples in after only 2 months you would think they could refund it instead of trying to get you to pay more for another mattress or replace it with the same brand that went bad in 2 months. Would not recommend if you want a mattress that last more than 2 months. And on top of that the mattress was only slept on for about a month and a week."
