"Workers are never friendly and picked up an online order and there was a manufacturer defect. Although they did exchange it, as they should, they have the personalities of wet noodles. Waiting for them to stop talking and ring up customers were annoying"

""I arrived at the store almost at closing time, but still with 20-30 minutes left. Despite this, the staff showed no interest in assisting me. I specifically asked for an item that was hanging on the wall, but the staff member insisted that it was just the lighting making it appear a different color. She then showed me another item that was supposed to be similar but was still not the color I wanted and was even scratched up. I explained this to her, but she still asked me to check for damage before she went to get a ladder to retrieve the item. I told her that it's not easy to see damage from that height. In my opinion, she was being lazy and unhelpful.""

"Sales associate on duty today at the Pooler location just lost a $300 dollar sale. I visited the store today to purchase two tall planters with fake foliage. She didn’t greet or acknowledge my presence the 20 min. I walked around looking for the items. I eventually found them but decided against due to poor customer service this morning. I’ll spend my money someplace that acknowledges their customers."

"Mrs. Finn provides excellent customer service. There have been numerous occasions where I would walk in the store, browse around, and she would greet with a smile, and offer assistance consistently. She makes my shopping experience fun with her witty creative ideas. In addition, I have observed she has a keen sense of style that complements the individual customer diverse style. The experiences I have at the Pooler, GA location definitely not only added some new pieces of accents to my home, but with Mrs. Finn expertise in creative design and style, it help bring a welcoming touch to my home."
