"Pooler, GA store Saturday 3 Feb ‘24, 3-4 pm. Customer pickup was a nightmare! No place to park when I got there because of people parking then going inside shopping. When I finally found a place to park it took over 45 minutes for my items to come out. Order status showed my order had been picked up so I called customer service and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I will never use customer pick up again and I do not recommend it. To make this cluster #%*! even worse, when I got home I found my tomatoes to be moldy and some squashed inside closed container!"

"Don’t bother spending your hard earned money for a membership here. Go to Costco instead!!! All the employees here lack any skills whatsoever. And, if you think of asking an employee for any type of assistance, well you can kiss that good bye. They will respond with I don’t know and I don’t work in this department. One thing that’s really vex is the fact that you have to check yourself out, cashiers are non-existent here. Furthermore, upon leaving the store the employee working at the exit has the nerve to handle all of your purchases with the least of any care and if that’s not the only thing, they throw them back into your shopping cart. In my opinion, employees here just show up to collect a check and offer little to nothing in return."

"I love using scan and go to avoid standing in line, and now they are rewarding customers for using it! I went to grab my Sparkling Ice drinks, and I noticed they had a sign saying $15.98 every day price and $10.98 scan and go price. There is nothing better than saving $5.00 for using something I already use and buying products I already buy."
