"I had my hair cut and colored by Brittany Tuten. I had a terrible experience and will not be going to her again so please beware as I am a typical easy going client that is loyal. I had just moved to Savannah and was looking for someone new to bring more blonde into my hair and Brittany totally botched my hair. She went super fast and dyed too large of pieces that also bleed through. She did not spend the time that she should have to really blend in the blonde well to my already brunette hair. So my hair has random patches of blonde and brunette, nothing blends well, and the color is way off. It's a shame as Brittany was super nice and great to chat with but when I sent her pictures of my hair the day after my appointment asking if we could fix the patchy spots she initially agreed on me coming back for her to fix it but then she totally ghosted me and did not respond to any of my texts or calls when I was asked to confirm a time/date to fix my hair. I ended up just asking for a partial refund after two weeks of no response and she send me a partial refund through venmo but still did send me a note with an explanation or an apology. I would have really appreciated her to fix my hair as I spent a lot of money, only for a partial refund, and now I have to wait over a month to meet with a new stylist to fix what she messed up. Please do extra research before picking a stylist here. Reviewing their Instagram page may not be enough. The studio overall is nice and has a great concept of independent stylists/artists have their own little room/studio in the building."
