The vibrant and lively atmosphere, adorned with beautiful murals and artwork, reflects the rich tapestry of African culture. I opted for the Breakfast Platter with 2 eggs, over-easy, sausage patties, hash browns, and toast – a nostalgic taste reminiscent of my mom's cooking. Cooked to perfection, it was a delightful start to the day. The BBQ Ribs Platter was a feast for the senses, featuring succulent ribs, mashed potatoes, broccoli, peas, and cornbread. A combination that's hard to resist and even harder to find fault with. Despite a busy service time, the staff at Kim's Cafe' remained remarkably attentive. Always ready to answer questions, yet discreet when not needed, creating a pleasant dining experience. Overall, Kim's Cafe' left a lasting impression, not just for its delicious offerings but for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend taking a detour to this gem in Savannah. "Feeling lucky to have stumbled upon Kim’s. The food was seriously fantastic - had the shrimp and grits, and also the fried chicken platter. The collards were the best I’ve ever had (I love you Detroit, but sorry - these have you beat). Loved the atmosphere, too. Bright, happy art on all the walls, colorful table settings, good music, and friendly attentive service. Wish I could keep going back to work my way through that whole menu. "First timers at this place. We where headed to a normal spot, but turned around to try it out. I can't complain about anything. Nice atmosphere, artwork, etc. Clean space. When I took a bite of the collards, it felt like I was at home. Love a cook(s) who's not afraid to make sure food has flavor but not salty. Caila even ate everything. This is a must visit for anyone. Next time breakfast to see if someone can make my Salmon Croquettes taste like home with canned Salmon."

"When travelling, I try not to visit the same restaurant twice, especially in new places. Kim's Cafe made me forgo that with great food and great service. Kima, our waitress was a joy. Loved the art on the walls. Takes a minute or two extra for your food but is because it is made fresh in the kitchen. It is well worth checking out."
