Red Lobster

"The prices for their promotions were in the $40 range. There were no lobsters in the tank which tells me that the tails are clearly frozen. I ordered the “Walt’s Shrimp”. It had 7 mid-small sized shrimp filleted, battered and fried. They tasted of something metallic. I ate 2. The baked potato side was barely cooked. Or it possibly wasn’t a suitable potato for baking. The restaurant was sparsely populated. The table across from us barely touched their food and declined a takeaway sack. This is not a restaurant I would ever recommend. The quality of the food does not match the prices. Pick a non-chain restaurant, especially in a city like Savannah!"

"No one up at hostess station for 15 minutes, service started off decent but after food got to the table, she never returned. Stacey H. was the waitress. We got the salad at the same time as the meal. No more drinks, no asking about how was the food. I very reluctantly gave her my debit card since the machine on the table didn’t work. This is the first and only time the debit card has left my presence. 5 days later, my card numbers were stolen. I don’t say this lightly and I don’t accuse people lightly, but there was no where else I used it at. It only takes a quick second to take a pic of the front and back of the card. I’d be interested in if this has happened to anyone else. Also, a messily dressed man, I believe a manager, walked past us several times with no visible drinks on the table. We weren’t acknowledged in any way."

"This red lobster should be ashamed of themselves. The food was horrible. I mean my pasta was dryer than the Sahara desert. I took 2 bites. I did ask for extra sauce but overall the pasta was bland and disgusting so I didn't even eat it. One of the pictures below show the 2 bites I did eat. I shouldn't have to ask for extra sauce unless I'm a sauce lover. The sauce on my Cajun chicken pasta was practically non existent. And not to mention that "cajun" chicken had no flavor! And they weren't busy or anything. Our server was nice. But I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"My daughter and I went here last night for dinner last night and have to say we had the best time. They were busy and the manager Ben had to be our server. He had a few other tables but was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. He projected a very friendly atmosphere and is an excellent asset to your team. As for our food we took his recommendations and It did not disappoint. The food came out hot fresh and flavorful. We tore up it up."

"So upon arrival, there wasn't anyone at the front for a good amount of time and the restaurant was pretty much empty. For the amount of time it took to get our food, it definitely didn't come out up to par. Bland flavors, gritty sandy seafood, nothing was the appropriate temperature and I feel as if the kids items were just sitting out for some time. I tried not to judge based on the exterior and interior of the business, however it matched the food quality. The manager was kind enough to discount the ticket, we hope that this was a one off and not a reflection of the norm. This was our first visit to Red Lobster... unfortunately it'll be our last."
