"I went through the drive thru at 10:30 tonight on my way home from work. I wanted a milkshake, that's all. I didn't hear "welcome to sonic" or anything like that. I heard "there's a 20-30 minute wait. Do you want to wait?" So I asked if that was for ice cream too and she kinda rudely just repeated herself. It just seemed like to me that she didn't want to do anything else until they closed at 11. But what do I know....."

"If you like to wait long time for your food, receive unfair and disrespectful treatment from a fast food restaurant associates……this is the place to go. Made several complaints about the service, low food quality and terrible service ….but no one seems to care anymore. Low standards are very common nowadays"
"The only good thing I can say is that the people seem friendly. Nothing was made fresh. They forgot the sauce I asked for. The burger was cold. I used to love sonic haven't had it in a couple years but I worked at one in Tennessee for 2 years. I know how the food tastes and how it's supposed to be cooked. This location tho it's almost worse than mcdonalds. Ive never been more disappointed. After I told them my food was cold this was what they gave me. Smooshed and half made. Someone please fix this place"
